START EARLY

The earlier you start, the better chance you'll have more people attending. People plan their schedules for travel as much as a year or two in advance. Getting your reunion on the calendar as soon as possible gives people time to plan other events around the reunion. The sooner people know they can also take advantage of better travel fees for flights and trains and accommodations.
